YouSendIt | Email large files quickly, securely, and easily!
It is what it says... a free service that you can use to send large files over the Internet---up to 1GB. It came recommended from a friend and I was impressed. Having said that, I must confess that I haven't tried the service yet, but I'm sure I will as soon as the first opportunity or necessity arises.
